Our offices are intended for all young entrepreneurs, creatives, companies and individuals. The capacity of each is up to 3 workstations and all are air-conditioned, covered with high-speed internet and telephone connections, and are accompanied by interesting social rooms, a kitchen, a dining and socializing area, and a mini fitness room.

A shared open business space of over 160m2, in an attractive location in the city center, is a meeting place not only for creatives, startups, freelancers and professionals in general, but also a comfortable and superbly equipped place to make friends, share knowledge, positive energy and ideas that often grow into new business opportunities!

Conference halls
Three multifunctional conference halls within the Incubator are the best answer for all types of conferences, presentations or workshops. They have all the necessary audio-visual and technical equipment, and upon request we offer additional organizational and technical support.

Our spaces
The SPINIT New Technology Incubator supports the launch and growth of innovative entrepreneurship through incubation programs and provides newly established innovative companies with similar profiles and interests the resources and professional services needed for growth and development.

Hardware Laboratory
The laboratory is located on the ground floor of the building, covering 30m2, with a capacity of up to 8 workstations with space for storing user's belongings, air-conditioned and covered by WI-FI connection. The hardware laboratory is a central place where incubator tenants and other visitors can use various advanced computer and technological equipment to develop and test new ideas, applications and products.

Meeting room
Within the incubator, we offer rental services for equipped meeting rooms in three categories: smaller - up to 6 people, larger - up to 8 people, and large - up to 12 people. The rooms will be available to permanent 'tenants' upon prior notice, as well as to all external users.

The offices are modular, meaning the capacity of each office is up to 3 workstations for individual rental by a permanent user - entrepreneur. All offices are air-conditioned and covered by internet and telephone connections, and are accompanied by social and sanitary facilities, a kitchen, a dining and socializing area, and a mini fitness room.
