UNIST TECHNOLOGICAL PARK
UNIST TECHNOLOGICAL PARK d.o.o. was founded by UNIVERSITY IN SPLIT with the aim to develop and manage an entrepreneurial infrastructure and support for university graduates and other enthusiasts who want to take their entrepreneurial ideas in the field of high technologies to self-employment. Emphasis is placed on the mission of making as many University Split graduates as possible creators of their future through their own entrepreneurial ventures, which includes mentorship and financial support.
The business theme also includes helping and supporting entrepreneurs in the early stages of developing entrepreneurial projects and businesses and their rapid and sustainable development, supporting the successful development of entrepreneurship through various business services and resource utilisation including business (work) spaces on more favourable terms for newbie entrepreneurs, supporting the launch and development of innovative entrepreneurship through incubation and acceleration programmes and enabling the use of resources and professional services, necessary for the growth and development of newly established innovative companies, operational implementation of measures for the development and promotion of entrepreneurship in the Split area, Split-Dalmatia County and the wider region as centres for professional and educational support for entrepreneurs in the development of entrepreneurship and the preparation and provision of entrepreneurial infrastructure.
Office space
Our office spaces are designed for all young entrepreneurs, creatives, companies and individuals. Each has a capacity of up to 3 workplaces and all are air-conditioned, equipped with high-speed internet and telephone connections and accompanied by interesting social spaces, a kitchen, a dining and social area and mini fitness.
Coworking Space
A shared open business space of over 160 m2 in an attractive location in the city center is a meeting place not only for creatives, startups, freelancers and professionals in general, but also a pleasant and excellently equipped place to make friends, share knowledge, positive energy and ideas, from which new business opportunities often arise!
Conference halls
Three multifunctional conference halls inside incubator are the best answer for all kinds of conferences, presentations or workshops. They are equipped with all necessary audiovisual and technical equipment, and upon request we provide additional organizational and technical support.
